CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT  TIMES

From 14.00 for checking in and no later  than 11.00 for checking out, ( if necessary , please, arrange diifferent timing with the owners )

Night entrance:especially for long stays, entrance can be at any time of day or night,but ownwers should be advised in advance.

Pets. Only small size pets can be accepted but only upon owners ‘ previous agreement.

Opening months: April, May, June, July, August, September and October. For other periods, èlease, contact the owners.

DESCRIPTION

It is an indipendent house, dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, recently refurbished.Heating is central, and there i salso a fireplace in the sitting room. The electic system is  regular and in accordance with the European laws. Public transporti is only 50 metres from the house. Period furniture in good condition.

Cleaning : the  roomsare cleaned three times a week ( for long stays )and every new guest. the rooms available are three plu  a spare one.Possibility of adding a third bed in two rooms.

Room size : the average size is ca 20 sq metres.

The land lady can fluently  speak English, French and Spanish. She lives in the house and has a good knowledge of the area.
